Is it possible to add more plan icons like the ones available it the config settings?

Yes, that's actually just adding a CSS class to the plan. You can find the CSS in the below file.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/templates/rounded/override.css
