The CB Subs system on one of our domains is pumping out tons of automated emails suddenly, and without any prompting from an administrator today. Hundreds and hundreds of them of all sorts - emails thanking users for renewing, emails reminding users that their plan has expired, emails about users looking for password resets. Some of the email appears to be from old transactions - users who renewed in May of 2020, for instance. However, most of them appear to be about expiring plans.
All plans on this site expire on December 31 of each year, so these should certainly not be going out at all today.
No administrator user was even logged in when this started happening. Are you able to advise? We have no cron job setup for email at all.
