Old pending baskets never paid

Hello

As we have been using CBSubs for a few years, we have some unpaid pending baskets with manual or ingenico gateways which will never be paid by the customer, either because the company has disappeared or for some other reason.

In CBSubs backend the only option is Pay the basket. Could we have an option to mark it as definitely unpaid but keeping the line in the history for the case when the company wishes to subscribe again in the future ?

Or do you have a hint to deal with these ?
We would not like to delete them

At this time there's no basket state for that. We've feature tickets to implement marking an offline basket as denied in addition to being able to mark baskets as voided. We haven't added these basket states yet mainly because it impacts the entire frontend basket behavior of CBSubs. Everything needs to be aware of these states. For example all payment gateways need to be updated so they don't allow voided or denied baskets being paid by IPNs, etc..

For now I suggest just leaving them there as pending. Worst case I guess within _cbsubs_payment_baskets database table set the payment_status column for those baskets to Void. It won't really do anything though since CBSubs doesn't have such a state for baskets.

That 's an issue as they are displayed amongst all others that are really payable so difficult to distinct

It'll be visible anywhere else the basket status is displayed. Even the invoice should be displayed as void as well since basket = invoice in CBSubs.
