An unconfirmed user will not be enabled and confirmation will be pending. Is that the case for the user you're trying to resend confirmation to? Their user row should look like the following.

No actually what I was expecting to is to resend userID and Password to user when they have lost their id.
So if I understand this option is only for user that haven't received the link of the confirmation email address after having fullfilled their register form ?
So what should be the procedure to send their id and a regenerated PW as they receive it when accepting them?
They should use the forgot login feature if they don't know their login information. There's no functionality to resend confirmation with a newly generated password. The re-send confirmation just directly sends the confirmation email again and nothing more.
