Outdated plugin

Hello support,

I have just updated a client's website and I see a plugin is marked as not compatible. I cannot find the plugin at either Joomlapolis or Event Booking and have no idea where I downloaded it from some time ago. It is installed in CB Plugins and is called ED Registration History.

Even a google search hasn't helped much.

I also note that after the update today I see a number of items shown as 2.5.0 in red. Does this mean I have an issue with updates? I tried a couple and got the big green box then reverted back to still showing as red.

We're not the developers of ED Registration History. So you won't find any updates for it from us. You'll need to find whoever developed it and check with them regarding updates.

Green = Up to date
Red = Out of date
Yellow = Incompatible
No-Color = Unable to check

I will try Event Booking (Typo - should have been EB) for the plugin.

Is there a reason why basic plugins are not updating? See attached screenshot.

It's because you're using latest stable release of CB, but you have the version checking set to also check for build releases. Your install is out of date when considering build releases as the latest CB release is 2.5.0+build.2021.04.09.20.27.16.19d16d5eb. If you don't want to check for build releases you can adjust the version checking parameters in CB > Configuration > Integrations.
