There's no way to customize exclusively search order. Search order I believe uses the same order as profile edit or registration. So you can try changing those orders to see if that helps.

Thanks, ok. May be in the future it could be possible, to arrange the fields for the search in the way as it can be made in the "Custom Display Rows" of a field group .
