How to change status in payment baskets was created by mnaged2021
We are running into an issue that people aren't finalizing the offline payments. They don't click on the link sent in emails to complete the transaction. So in the basket we keep seeing Not Initiated. Is there a way to turn that option off? If not, is there a way we can force it through when we register their offline payment? Need some advice on this.

There isn't a link sent in emails. The link is on the instructions page, which also gives them their payment slip which they're supposed to include with their offline payment. There is no parameters to turn this off. The below is what they should see.




This can be customized though within the offline payment gateways settings, but can't be turned off.
