We have never been able to get the "Resend confirmation" function in Community Builder User Management to work. Every time we have a user that is not confirmed and we select them and then click the Resend confirmation button, it shows that 1 message was sent, but the email is never sent or received. We have tested this with our own test users and they never receive a resent email, even though the message at the top of the screen says "Sent confirmation emails to 1 users".
All other Community Builder/CBSubs mails are being sent, so we know that the mail function on our site is working.
Is there some setting we need to look at to find the cause of this?
