I have the impression that in AutoAction the condition for the [block] field does not work correctly. I tested on my test environment, but at your demo site is similar (2021.11.23 11:00)

There is no Activity stream on your Demo page, e.g. about changing user avatar or profile update (Update log Tab works ok). Generally, the Stream does not display anything that has the condition in AutoAction:
"Value [block] Equal To 0"
and after changing or removing this condition it works fine.

On my test environment, copies of system autoaction, e.g. about changing the avatar with debug enabled, report this [block] conditions as:
Error
:: Action XXX :: Condition 1-3 failed for user XXX with "0" Equal To ""

Very strange. It works in the auto action itself, but sure enough confirmed it's not working in conditions. Have added a bug ticket and will release a fix today.
