That doesn't work due to the CSS path not being valid. The CSS Class is also not applied to userlist view. Userlist view however does have field specific CSS classes based off field name. They are as follows.

Title: cbUserListFT_FIELD_NAME_HERE
Value: cbUserListFC_FIELD_NAME_HERE

Example as follows.

Code:
.cbUserListFT_cb_myfield { color: #007bff; font-weight: bold; }

So I have to do this for every field?
No way to make it work for all titles in the userlist?

For all field titles you'd just use the generic class cbUserListFieldTitle so your CSS would be as follows for example.

Code:
.cbUserListFieldTitle { color: #007bff; font-weight: bold; }

You probably just need to give your selector more weight. This is done by adding parent classes to it. Example as follows.
Code:
.cb_template .cbUserListFieldTitle { color: #007bff; font-weight: bold; }
