If the user is an organization, is it possible for all users declare that they work for this organization (e.g. in the fieldgroup "Work"), to appear somewhere on the profile of the organization?
Best way to do that is probably to just use the Connections feature and have those users connect either manually or try to automate it using CB Auto Actions (could be complicated as you'll need to parse the JSON data for that field group).
Another option is make the organization a group in CB GroupJive then they can just join that group. That would be more like Facebooks approach.
