When I am trying to amend a Users details or change ACL Group and click on save, I am re-directed to the main Admin screen and the User details are not updated.
If the User logs in on the front-end, they can edit and their details successfully.
This is either another 3rd party plugin conflict or there is a uncompleted mandatory field that is not appearing in the User edit screen which is preventing the details from being saved.
I would appreciate it you could have a look point me in the right direction.

Are you rendering something in backend profile edit that doesn't belong there? Such as a Custom HTML field with invalid HTML? or a field that contains another form? That's typically why the save fails as the form is broken. Since frontend edit works it'd be entirely due to something only available in backend.
