Hi,
in an old website, updated to joomla 3.10.5, I've the Basic CB component. This morning I've tried to add a new user but when I click on NEW, it appears this error message:
Code:
0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (15/06/1960) at position 0 (1): Unexpected character

Moreover if I enter in an existing user and I want to save some changes the buttons "SAVE" and "SAVE & CLOSE" do nothing, only If I click on "CANCEL" it return to users list.

What could be happens? Can you help me pls?
Thank you

Is CB itself completely up to date? Are all your other extensions and plugins also up to date? Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry clicking NEW and see if the error gives you more details (e.g. like the file and line number it's erroring in).

Hi, yes, it's all updated to last version (except Joomla that is the last 3.10.x version and not 4).

I've attached you the error log from joomla when I click on "NEW" in CB user management page.

Looks like it's coming from a date field, but that doesn't make any sense. It shouldn't be stored in the database as 00/00/0000 format and should be 0000-00-00. Within CB > Field Management do you've any date fields you've created recently or changed from another type of field to a date field?
