[SOLVED] Promotions not applied upon registration

Hi there, 
I have a promotion to sell and renew membership at a discounted price. It works fine for upgrades, but not for new registrations.
  1. User registers as a new member selecting a paid option: here it shows the discounted price
  2. User receives the confirmation email
  3. User clicks on the confirmation link and see the payment page: here it shows the full price
Am I missing some configuration?

CB and plugins are updated at the latest release on Joomla 3.10.11

You'll need to provide screenshots of your promotion configuration. Sounds like it's being conditioned away.

Sure, I'm attching screenshots for the basic, advanced, conditions and groups configuration panels of the promotion
Though I don't have any condition or group setting applied

You have it set to only apply to enabled users under the Groups tab. Do you require email confirmation or admin approval? If so they won't be enabled if you're collecting payment before confirmation/approval. Recommend setting that back to default "all users (enabled and blocked)" and that should resolve your issue.
