Hello,
I have switched on local from J3 to J4. It looks like the html display of the login module doen't include the overwritting classes set in the cb_login_module for the differents elements such username input / Password input and ....
Let's have a quick look at our running website :

Appears to be working perfectly fine. Those parameters don't add new classes they completely override the classes. So if you want them Bootstrap styled you need to be sure to add form-control class as well. See the below of this working as expected.
