I don't find a field type of Captcha or any variation on that name, Anti-spam, etc.) when creating a new CB field.
I've installed the latest Antispam build, checked that the CB plugins are published in Joomla Plugins
The AntiSpam CB plugin is published, and I've walked through all the options.
I'm using reCaptcha V3 and its configured properly.
You don't need to create the captcha field as it's created when CB AntiSpam is installed. It'll have a field name of antispam_captcha with a title of Captcha by default in CB > Field Management.
