Issue with a custom html field on registration

I don't understand because this field is not displayed on the registration form neither it is published.

Were they always Custom HTML fields or did you change it from 1 field type to another? If you changed it from 1 field type to another you'll probably need to delete its database columns as we don't do this automatically to prevent accidental data loss. You can also try running the database tools in CB > Tools to see if it can help clear those columns.

I erase some fields that aren't usefull anymore due to the change of our Mapping systeme. And I've effectively changed fews fields (html fields ) So what should be the solution ?

Run the database check tools in CB > Tools first and see if it can fix the issue for you. If it can't edit your database and within the _comprofiler table delete the column with the same name as your Custom HTML field.
