HI - I am using CB 2.8.x and Joomal 3.10. During the registration workflow a user gets a verification email an he has to click on the activation link in this email in order to complete the registration process. The problem: Depending on the email receiver this verification email will sometimes be stored in the spam folder of the reciever (so the user will not see this email). Are there some recommended server settings (for my hoster / in the joomla backend) so that this will not happen so often? Regards
Edit your Pending and Welcome emails to be unique to your site and ensure your webhosts email server properly has DMARC implemented. There isn't really anything for CB to do here as this is entirely on how your mail server is perceived to other mail servers.
