Can't edit users with invalid email was created by pastoweb
I'm trying to change the group for some user, but when I save I get a "The entered email domain has no valid MX record" message
I'm not changing user's password or any profile data that he may know, no need to send any email to the user
How can I edit these profiles?

You've verify email enabled. Many email providers don't respond to MX record lookup. I don't recommend enabling that unless you're sure the email domains you're expecting will respond. Edit the email field in CB > Field Management and under Parameters > Validation set "Enable Email checker" to "Yes, Check if already exists".

If this is being done from backend then within CB > Configuration > User Profile set "Fields Validation in User Management" to "No" to bypass most field validation during backend user edits.
