Strange, that endpoint file doesn't even have a 404. It just immediately redirects. Did you implement any custom URL rewriting rules in htaccess? It's possible the URL is being rewritten incorrectly.

403 is a Forbidden error. You might have some server security rejecting the URL. Possibly a false positive from mod_security.
