Ok, will review Stripe API and verify the fix doesn't break standard URLs without special characters. Have created a bug ticket for the issue. Will review other return_urls to be sure they aren't subject to the same issue (e.g. those in Stripe Checkout).

Ok, was able to confirm it's unicode SEO URLs. I had already implemented a fix for this for other return URLs in the Stripe gateway, but had missed it for the customer portal return URL. I've implemented that same fix and confirmed working fine now. Once fix is reviewed and merged will release a new build with the fix.
