Is there a way to have a paid membership in CBSubs and allow for 30 or 60 day trail, then charge user for a yearly membership. Member will paid and will only be charged if not cancelled before the trial period expires?
If you configure an initial price/duration and require recurring payments then yes as it will put the recurring payment into a free trial mode. Otherwise no not with manual renewals.
