We use the Comment Activity function to allow users to post feedback on another user's profile. It has been brought to our attention that if a user pastes text into the comment box and clicks the Post button, they get the error: "Please provide a post". However, typing any key, even the space button in the copy and pasted message will allow the comment to be posted. We have tested and verified that this is a problem, whether using mobile or computer.

What browser are you using? Hidden textarea likely isn't updating for some reason. Does it work when copy pasting to an activity post? or is this only impacting comments?

It is the same result if we use Safari, Firefox and Brave browsers.

Comments are the only CB Activity that we use, so I cannot say if the same thing happens to an activity post.

Was able to confirm and fix the issue. This is now fixed in latest CB Activity build release. Thank you for letting us know!
