Hey Kyle - 
I have a mobile app that needs to call a REST API and determine if a member is registered, and optionally, return a list of Subscriptions.
The [root]/api/com_comprofiler/ directory is empty, so I assume there's nothing available native to Joomla.
The J4 user api returns nothing about user status.
Any ideas?

We don't have any Joomla 4 or 5 API endpoints at this time. You can use CB Auto Actions to create custom API endpoints. With CB 3.x we'll be implementing API endpoints for basically the entirety of CB to allow retrieving, creating, deleting, etc.. users, fields, and more.
