Hello, I am encountering an issue when a user has lost their username. The module redirects them to a page #0. Could you help me resolve it? Thank you.
Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any errors output.
Additionally CBs forgot login is officially deprecated. You can now entirely use Joomla's. To use Joomla's within CB > Configuration > General set "Forgot Login Method" to "Joomla". In a future release this will become the default with CBs being removed.
