I'm having a problem with some user's not being able to join our membership. The problem seems to be when they enter their email address, the following error displays:
This email does not accept email: Please check.
I get the issue when I try to validate the email from other validation sources so I know it's there email.
Is there a way for us to turn off this check in Community Builder? Any other suggestion?
Looks like you're requiring email verification. Problem with it is it's not a guarantee as MX Record lookup can be blocked by domains. Edit your email address field within CB > Field Management and under Parameters > Validation it's recommended to leave "Enable Email checker" on "No" (this functionality will be removed in CB 3.x).
