Plan details not appearing on membership page + Class "JController" not found

1 day 22 hours ago - 1 day 20 hours ago #342188 by Thelowlandpiper
After upgrade to Joomla 5.3.4

The membership page displays '[cbsubs:plans plan="22" output="name" /]   [cbsubs:plans plan="22" output="price" /]' instead of the actual data
*******
The 'your profile' link throws an error: '0 - Class "JController" not found' : the 'edit profile' link is fine, though attempting to save an update throws the same error; the call stack last few lines are
1 ()                                     JROOT/components/com_adsmanager/lib/core.php:48
2   require_once()             JROOT/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_adsmanager-tab/adsmanager.plugin.php:20

I have adsmanager installed, but disabled; I don't use it.
I tried to uninstall it using the Joomla uninstall function and got the error:
'Call to undefined method Joomla\Database\Mysqli\MysqliDriver::query() ' with the following stack:1()JROOT/administrator/components/com_adsmanager/install.adsmanager.php:527 2Com_AdsmanagerInstallerScript->_bugfixCantBuildAdminMenus()JROOT/administrator/components/com_adsmanager/install.adsmanager.php:103

OK; I've fixed the profile link - I'd forgotten I had an Adsmanager tab on the profile page; I've removed that and the link now works; I still have the membership page showing the code for plans rather than the data (see attachment)

Ensure "cbpaidsubsbot" is public and published in System > Manage > Plugins. Next ensure "CBSubs Content" in CB > Plugin Management is also published and public. Those two are responsible for content substitutions.
