The auto action looks ok. Within CB Activity > Parameters > Activity toggle on the Create activity for CB Gallery. Then upload something and see if that displays fine. This will at least help find out of it's the auto action or if there's something more to it than that.

Ok, then my best guess is the gallery isn't accessible so it's not able to render anything. I can take a look first thing Monday if your PM backend super user login credentials otherwise try comparing your CB Activity > Streams > Activity > Profile Activity > Integrations > CB Gallery settings to our demo site as there might of been an odd configuration migration. I'm not able to account for every single settings combination during migration so you'll need to review things in your streams carefully.

Compared your demo settings with my site here...
CB Activity > Streams > Activity > Profile Activity > Integrations > CB Gallery settings
and they are exactly the same.
I also tried by disabling the auto action and the result remains the same.
Unfortunately i have to follow your suggestion to PM the backend login credentials.

Ok, have reviewed your install. CB Gallery is displaying on your activity feed. It's just not visible because you've hidden it at some point with CSS. In your Joomla user.css custom CSS file you have the following.

}
Remove that and it will display fine.
