Ok, so I checked my settings, I tried a new browser, I tried using two different emails one a gmail. I am not getting the user email to even approve it. I checked the junk folder and nothing there.
This is a tad frustrating.
Have reviewed your install. Your Moderator View Access Level is set to "Board Members". In that View Access Level only "BoardMembers" usergroup is selected. Of the 7 users with "BoardMembers" usergroup only 1 of them has "Receive Moderator Emails" set to "Yes". Name beginning with "Nic". So that 1 user is the only user receiving moderator emails. Please review your account settings and adjust "Receive Moderator Emails" set to "Yes" for you to receive pending approval emails.
