Programmatically generate purchase item

By the way: I noticed that an email was sent out when I cancelled the basket. I tried to find where this was coming from, but I couldn't find it (neither in the CB Configuration, nor in the "Baskets" or "Mailer" menus under "Paid Subscriptions"). It's not the highest priority, but I saw that this mail is sent out to multiple admin users of the site, and since I will probably have to cancel a few times during my experiments, I don't want to spam them. Where can I find the settings for these mails?

We don't send an email for basket cancellations. My best guess is the previous developer used CB Auto Actions to act on the basket status change event and checked for the RegistrationCancelled status and is sending an email on that.
