I get what you are saying but maybe its my browser or something. I tried both Google Chrome and Firefox.
When i mouse over medals in the Medals Management area I get "Edit Medal". I dont get any numbers or anything else. This is both over the name and the image of the medal... Like i said I am a retard can you explain. Also can you tell me what browser?

. Don't look at the popups... look where you'd normally see the url or a link, usually at the bottom left of whichever browser you're using.
