how to remove the "sign profilebook" link

hi im wondering if there is a way (even tweaking the php code or w/e) to show the "sumbit a new comment" form by default... just like most of the social networks
so an user goes to anyone's profile and find quickly the form to submit a new comment




i know that slider effect is cool but for my users is too much. :side:
because they are like: "i dont get it, it's too hard to write a new comment, ¿where do i have to click?"
