CB SOBI2 Plugin for Joomla 1.5

May I know how can I add custom field from Sobi2 and put into the table? I need to add phone and email but no idea how can I put them in.

i have a problem: I installed the cb sobi2 plugin. but in the CB backend, the plugin is locked. I cant edit it. it says someone is already using it I am 100percent sure, that nobody is on the site and uses it right now or tries to edit it or something.
