Please Help!! IMG and URL don't work

How do I enable the bbcode for img?!
I urgently need this feature.

As you can see there is no button- what to do?
I tried to reinstall but that wouldn't work.
Can any one please help - it would be greatly appreciated!

I got the IMG button to show (by un-commenting line723) but URL and IMG are not actually working.
I REALLY need these two buttons to work for my site can anyone Please help me???

Helloooo? Aaarrrgh! Image button doesnt work- Anyone??

I believe all these have been fixed in the RC version that is currently available for doc subscribers.

I have updated my subscription,, now I cannot find the files for the plugins-- can you please tell me the path to edit profile book so I can get the img button back on there and working
