what is different between xml for CB 1.0, 1.1, 1.2

what is different between xml for CB 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 was created by chanh
I am having trouble install my CB plugin which was installed fine on CB 1.0 series but no longer for 1.1 or higher.

What do I have to change for my CB plugin to work?
