Change your list filter to not include that field. You've made it invisible in the profile itself.

That's easy to test. Create a user with a different email and username to use as a test.

On the front end, if log in as anything other than myself, things are ok in the list. I will look at the plugin but plug-ins usually don't have an auto config option but I will look at it. Something like add to all visible fields.

There is no "auto-add to all existing fields" function presently.

It's using field params to store the params.

In CB 2.0 the backend will allow such changes in an easier way, but we are not yet there.

So any function/proposal for doing that in the meantine is welcome.
