For those who have used CB Author Bot in the past and haven't found a Joomla 1.5.x native solution, I feel your pain. I got sick of waiting so I made my own Joomla plugin for displaying CB link and avatar in Joomla content!

I've submitted my free CB AUTHOR PLUG here and on the JED.

Enjoy!

Features include showing CB link and avatar in Joomla content, Pre and Post link text, avatar and text styling controls from plugin parameters.
