No that won't be a good solution to,
I think the best option is to make a hack in the core. No the that's not the best option, best option is to create a plugin. That if a user is registred there be a automaticly command to create their ID in joomlaboard SQL.

let me give you a hand my friend, because you are so nice to release your stuff, and i sorta did this already in my import invite component + plugin system.. shouldnt be much work for me to change it around so it does what you and ur ppl need

I really like it what you have done! Great!
Now i'm working on a 'public points' system.
It's already working at www.nightcity.nl , the only problem is, that everything is hardcoded :(

In the near future i want to release :
Create a new component, that creates a karma2 function. (duplicate karma function, but know in a seperate field in the database) A user can 'win' karma, but also they can win karma2 (credits? points?) The karma stands for 'respect from other users'. Karma2 (points) you can win during gaming, posting, activity etc etc etc.

Hack to give points when a user post a topic/post (joomlaboard)
Give user points when the sendin a event (evenlist)
