CB recaptcha plugiin positioning problem

I am using CB recaptcha pluggin in my user registration pages where I have created my own tabs and fields under those tabs. But I could not be able to possition the captcha field in Terms tab under Terms and Condition checkbox.

Is there any way to position cb captcha field under a tab?
