German Language File for profilebook was created by elDivino

Hi there,

I translated the plugin profilebook to german informal (see attachement).
I might not be perfect but useful for sure.

I just changed the code of the english language file with the translated language strings and uploaded it in the /components/comprofiler/plugin/user/olug_cbprofilebook/language folder.
