Hi, I'm considering on developing a plugin, but have doubts... best for Docman or Remository?

DocMan gets 4 stars, ReMository only 3 on extensions.joomla.org

JACLPlus plugins exist for either.

I also find VFM to be simple but effective, but the absence of a database for the docs means annoyances, like if you rearrange the docs/folders, you lose the descriptions, etc. you put in.
