Okay -- here's what to do.
Go into your joomla/components/com_comprofiler/plugins/user folder (I think, although it might be another one -- check them all, make sure that the plugin folder for simpleboard is truly deleted. Delete the files if they are there.
Grab a new download of CB. Navigate to the plugins folder and find the simpleboard plugin -- zip up the plugin directory. Then install it as you would any other plugin.
Voila, its restored.
