cb myplayer & cb profile pro

hi there...
i m using cbplug myplayer with cb profile pro 2.
when i insert the player tab via the magic window in the profile-pro custom page i m creating i get
this error in the frontend:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare writepopup() (previously declared in /home/soundive/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbmyplayer/cbmyplayer.php:88) in /home/soundive/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbmyplayer/cbmyplayer.php on line 88"

it only happens with the player tab....
any ideas what it is?

Please contact the developers of this plugin as the issue is there and not in CB.
