simple refer a friend plug in

Does anyone know of a simple refer a friend / referral plug in?

I don't need to track points or anything, just want to give a field where a person can put in an Email address to let a friend know about our site.

If it HAD tracking so that we could see who referred who, that would be nice, but not essential. If it had points as well, that might be something nice for the future, but again, not essential.
