joomblog sucks, mamblog rules was created by ldavies
OK so that was a provocative and misleading subject line to get your attention - sorrry.

I want to install a blog on my cb1.0 site. Which one should I use. All the documentation seems to point to mamblog but cb is more joomla now and will be in the future I think.

Mamblog does suck and I've had to hack it to get some things to work right.

I'm a very novice php hacker.

BUT I'm considering spearheading a "movement" to create a real, and good blog component for joomla. I have a great programmer who does joom and CB stuff for me and I'd love to get a bunch of people to contribute and hire him to do the best blog component...

i'm looking at trying one of these out. mamblog seems to work well on joomlapolis, but i found a cb plugin for joomblog tab.

hey, mediaguru. how is that movement of yours going?
