How to translate it?

Can someone give me a link to a resourse that explain how to translate community builder in another language. (or just explain it with a few words)

I started translating it in Bulgarian.
I installed the plugin that I made - but it is still showing all in English.

I'm sorry! I found my mistake - I had a wrong language name and joomla couldn't understand that there is a bulgarian language file.
