I Must Be Blind - How Do I Get Plugins To Display?

Hey All,

CB looks like a great system so far, but I have a ton of plugins installed that just won't display for the users. What is the general rule of thumb to add them to the user menu? I don't know the direct links to the plugins and there is not just a module that I can click on to make it show up.

Plugins appear inside CB component after published. No need to make links.
