I'm actually looking for something like this, but where content would be shown depending on the user's place of origin, according to their CB profile.
Location undefined: redirect to update profile.
Location: x state, y state, z state. See certain content.
Location: US (excluding states above). See certain content.
Location: Canada: see certain content.
Everyone else: see certain content.
