Joomla user profile allows an editor selection on a per-user basis.
This should also be integrated with CB, as it is a usefull feature and can otherwise not be accessed by CB userprofile modification.
Example of a user trying to install mosCE editor (from their forums):
I've been going through the whole installation process over and over again, looking at all php and js, but Joomla forced TinyMCE as default. Because I use CB (Community Builder) I completely forgot the Joomla user manager sets the editor default !!
