Please Help_Country and State List

Hi,

I would like to add the country list and state list to my website, but I'm not technical can anyone please walk me through how to do it. My website is hosted by siteground and they have quoted me $150 to do it. Unfortunately, I can't afford this. Can someone please help, if you are too busy and can't help me for free,please let me know how much you will charge?

Thanks I was able to figure it out from the article.

If you have some problem to install the list, make just like me and put all the countries manually it takes a lot of time but it works :lol:
